Support times and availability

Support is provided for the duration of your TrilbyTV Licence. This includes Trials.

We are available to help Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm UK time.

Access to this self-serve knowledge base support.trilbytv.co.uk is available online 24/7.

If you can't speak to someone immediately, please leave a message and we will get back to you.

We try to respond to support requests on the same working day. Out of hours and over weekends we aim to respond the following working day.


TrilbyTV is provided as a cloud based service, therefore any software updates are rolled out continuously. Updates to Player applications are via the relevant App stores depending on the hardware used. App Store for Apple TV, Play Store for Android devices. See related articles on updating players.

NOTE

We cannot provide support for Player hardware, please talk to your hardware supplier. That said, we're nice people and will do our best to help where we can.
