Managing Categories

Categories are a way to tag content for searching and playback. In TrilbyTV, categories are one way you can control what is shown on Players. Players can show one or more categories and this saves the creating and managing time spent on Playlists. 

TrilbyTV has a selection of categories when you first sign in, and you can make your own, or remove the pre-added categories.

Tap on the Categories icon.

Click Add Category, then enter the category name and tap Add.

You can also edit and delete categories in the same place. Just click Edit, then click inside the text box to rename the category.

Deleting a category will not delete any content tagged with that category.
