Firewalls and Filtering
Whitelist TrilbyTV
Your local network's firewall and filtering is in place to keep you and your computers safe, some adjustment may be needed for TrilbyTV to work.
If you are unable to connect to TrilbyTV or TrilbyTV Player or having issues with accessing the TrilbyTV website, viewing content, or if you are unable to get a Player code, your network may be blocking access to some of the TrilbyTV systems.
If you have issues, please contact your IT department, share this web page and ask them to whitelist or unblock access to the TrilbyTV domains listed below, allowing access on ports 443 and 80.

Whitelist Content Catalogue items
If you add items from our Content Catalogue (i.e WWF, Showbie, Black Pioneers), you may also need to unblock:

Whitelist Google Slides or Instagram
If you use Google Slides or Instagram content, some images and information will be shared directly from the Google, Instagram and Facebook servers, in which case you will need to unblock:

Whitelist Web Content
If you add Web Content to your TrilbyTV, you may also need to whitelist the websites you add so they don't get blocked. For YouTube be sure to include:

Optional Whitelist Addresses
We use Helpscout for our customer support chat, Google Analytics and Google Firebase for crash reporting and analysis. You can optionally whitelist:

Which will enable these sites to report to us. Blocking these URLs does not impact the use of the apps.
