Multisite

TrilbyTV Multisite is available to specific users who are administrators of Multisite TrilbyTV installations, typically MATs or School Districts.

Multisite gives access to a set of tools for managing users across each of the sites and it can be accessed from the Profile menu when logged in to TrilbyTV, or directly at https://multisite.trilbytv.co.uk.

There are three parts to Multisite.

Sites

This shows a list of the Sites linked to the Multisite account, with some data around users, players, content and storage usage. Clicking any of the Sites logs you into the site in a new window. If you were logged into another system, you'll be logged out of it.

Multisite Users

The list of users shown here will have access to one or more of the sites linked to the Multisite account. You can add or invite users to this list and, in turn, set permissions per site.

To invite a user, click Invite new user and enter their email address (this will also be their username), select the systems you want them to access and then scroll down to click Invite. The user will receive an email with an auto-generated password.

The user permission screen will load, and you will be able to select the permission groups on a per-site basis for that user. Changes made are saved immediately.

To grant an existing user access to another site, click Add existing user and from the list that loads, select the user and click Next. The user permission screen will load, and you will be able to select the permission groups on a per-site basis for that user. Changes made are saved immediately.

To remove access to any site for a user, simply find that user in the Multisite Users list, click on them and then Uncheck the site or permission they no longer require.

Subscriptions

Site name, current subscription type and expiry date are shown here. Clicking on any of the sites will take you directly to the Billing page for that site, where you can see the current licence information.
