Adding a Weather forecast

We don’t have a weather function built into TrilbyTV but the Web Content feature allows you to tap into a wealth of online tools which can be customised and embedded into your signage screens and played back just like your other TrilbyTV content.

A really nice weather widget for signage that we have found is meteoTV from meteoblue.

To use the widget

You will need to create an account with meteoblue and verify your email

Then follow the meteo guide to configure, set location and Save. 

Once saved, click on Show or View, and you'll open a new tab with a full-screen weather view, copy the web address. It will look something like…

On TrilbyTV, click the + icon, choose Web Content and paste in the web address.

Finally, Save and Approve as normal, and your weather is now ready to show on your screens.
